Farryn Paikea
Farryn’s journey into massage therapy began with a personal experience—managing a lower back strain while working long hours as a café owner. That experience, ignited her passion for fitness and movement, sparked a deep appreciation for the power of sports massage and its role in maintaining strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
Thanks to the support of her husband and family, Farryn took the leap into formal study in 2025, completing her Level 5 Diploma in Massage at SIT and will continue on with the Level 6 Diploma in Remedial Massage in 2026. She’s thrilled to be working alongside a talented team of practitioners and looks forward to supporting both new and returning clients on their health journeys.
Farryn offers a range of massage treatments—from relaxation to therapeutic —tailored to meet individual needs. Whether you're looking to de-stress, recover from injury, or maintain peak performance, she brings a friendly, hands-on approach and a genuine desire to help.
Outside the clinic, Farryn is a proud mum, an enthusiastic cook who loves fresh, delicious meals, and a big fan of group fitness—especially if it involves lifting something heavy! She also enjoys snowboarding, adventuring with her toddler and family, and you may have seen her on stage in local theatre over the years.
